Black cowl neck fit and flare dress from Garage The lace up back is adjustable so it can be fitted in the bodice (see last photo for reference). There is also a hidden zipper down the side to make it easier to get in/out and adjustable straps. Bought it in 2022 but never ended up wearing it. Doesn’t look like Garage sells this dress anymore.
