colorbuff @gabbycampbel186 Hi. They are made of sweat shirt type fabric. I'm not sure if they are low rise but I could measure the rise for you if you want and you can make that assessment. And I don't know what year they were made but i don't think they are from the 90's. They appear modern to me.
