GEOX wedge heels size 39

These black and white shiny patent shoes are in very good shape. There is some wear on the inside. I needed insoles to keep from sliding forward as they are a little big for me. I would say they are size 8.5 or 9. They feel like leather, but there are no markings, so I would say not. The heels are about 3”
