GOA Striped Sheer Blouse with Green Floral Design

Sheer blouse with black and white stripes. Features a vibrant green floral design. Perfect for a stylish look. Sleeves are 3/4 length with ability to pull up as seen in pictures. It is sheer with black buttons. I love the contrast of the black and white then the bold green. Very eye catching and it's cute when on too. PTP is 19" however it is definitely a small as I went to try it on and i couldn't fit.
