virginialoneill ALERT ‼️ All of the previous inquiries are Scams and have been reported to PoshMark. Never reply to inquiries by text or email. These requests only come from Scammers.

virginialoneill @talaabdelmaguid Great question and you are not the first to ask me this. Yes, there are genuine people who will be interested in Purchasing your items, but you often have to wait for the right person to come along. Scammers prey on New & Inexperienced Poshers so I try to alert as many as possible every day. When you don’t respond they will move onto someone else. These requests should stop in the next day or two. Be patient and stay safe.

virginialoneill @talaabdelmaguid I have addressed this with PoshMark Support twice in the past and sent them another email today because these requests are getting out of hand. I offered a few recommendations to be out in place by their Technical Support Team. I also indicated that new Poshers are becoming very discouraged with the number of these requests. Fingers crossed that they will take action & soon.

virginialoneill Finally, the only people that will affect you are the Scammers, not the people sharing your listings within PoshMark. Scammers are the people who ask you to reply to inquiries outside of PoshMark, such as text and email. The people who are sharing your listings are legitimate Poshers who are trying to boost awareness of your listings by sharing them with their followers. I personally have over 17,000 followers so now these people are aware of your listings.
