GUC Black Jessica Simpson Double T-Strap Heels Size 9/9.5

I can’t find any size marking on these but I believe they’re a 9.5. I wear a 9 but I think I sized up due to the pointy toe and having a wide-ish foot. There are a few small marks on the back of the heels which aren’t noticeable when wearing them. These look so pretty on; the heel is approximately 4 inches high but I just can’t wear high heels anymore. I don’t believe these are genuine leather as I can’t see anything indicating such.
