GUC, no rips or tears. Really soft! appears there is a small discolouration or oil stain on hip part, see pics - not noticeable when worn. Will likely wash out. Hence why price is only $15 Website calls this color Warm Sand while pics make it look grey. Its more like a taupey sand color
