Sweet vintage piece for your inner flower child. The dress is likely from the 90s, but has a distinct 70s feel to it. I’m not sure if it came with a belt, but there are thick loops around it. No belt, however. It’s made with various materials such as jersey and cotton. The zipper works well. The piece looks good but is quite old and has some wear. There is a short liner on the bottom part. To be honest, not sure why since it wouldn’t hide much. Haha.
