willowbayfg @hollyjohnson490 That's a good question. I was told it is adjustable and I thought I read that in the Gucci booklet but I can't find it in the booklet. I've sent a message to Gucci Canada asking them. If you're in Toronto, the Gucci booklet that comes with the watch lists Luxury Timepiece Canada as the Gucci contact (101 Amber St., Units 9 & 10) Markham L3R 3B2 Phone 905-477-7572. willowbayfg @hollyjohnson490 I have a reply from GUCCI. They say "it is not exactly adjustable, however, we can have our repair team assess the watch to see if anything can be done to the band to ensure a better fit.". They are asking for my information i.e. my contact info etc (which I already gave them). To tackle this issue directly, maybe you could contact the GUCCI contact, however you are not the person that bought the watch from Holts. I don't mind doing all of that if I know if you need the

willowbayfg @hollyjohnson490 band to be bigger or smaller. It would be best if you purchased the watch and then I would be working on known information from the purchaser (you). It wouldn't make sense for me to give GUCCI the band size you need if the watch isn't sold to you and is perhaps sold to someone else. Then I'd have to start over with GUCCI. I'm working with a GUCCI advisor in Toronto.

carolinemetc530 Also, you stated you think the battery is dead. Are you certain it is in working order? Sorry, just really like it and need to be certain it will work. Will any watch battery work for this?

willowbayfg @carolinemetc530 I've never had a watch not work after a new battery was put in, and this is a high quality genuine Gucci watch. If I can, I'll see if I can go to a jewellery store and get a new battery put in. This may take some time because I have cancer and don't leave my house except to go to hospital. I certainly don’t want you to go to trouble for a battery in your condition- but in not being able to return items on Poshmark Im sure you can understand the need for certainty in a purchase like this. Hopefully a friend or family member can help you acquire a battery. Also can you tell me if the face is white or silver toned? Thank you again.
