GUESS BANDAGE DRESS ROYAL BLUE

I paid over $100 for this dress from GUESS. I only wore it one time out, it does need to be dry cleaned as you can see on the back bottom of the dress looks like I may have sat in some liquid likely liquor as I wore this to a club That is the only spot!! The mirror in the photos needs to be cleaned.
