@kathryn_doney I’m sorry I don’t know the history of this I’m a reseller I try to find things that are beautiful or interesting at a good price that I can resell to make a little bit of a profit to supplement my pension so I’m afraid I don’t really know but it looks like 90s or 2000 to me I’m pretty good at identifying vintage clothing and designers Thank you for asking.
