Gabay Vancouver Black Leather Skirt

Gabay Vancouver Black Leather Skirt Made in Indonesia Marked size XL, but would fit smaller. Waist is 14" lying flat (28" circumference) 19" lenth I'm honestly not sure if the skirt is supposed to snap in the front or the back. It has pockets on one side and the snap on the other, so I think it closes in the back. It doesn't fit me so I can't check. Excellent condition
