lgep89 @kayjaybrown hi there, it’s 17 inches lying flat pit to pit. That’s deceptive because the back has the tie which can be made looser or tighter depending on what you need. You can definitely wear a regular bra. The tie is quite thick and can be placed over the back of a bra easily!
