tdot_posher hi there! Would you say the hips are pretty loose, aka a fit and flare style? I usually wear a 6 on bottoms so just wondering if I could get away with a 4 :) Thanks!

yunqisun @jocelynebeau353 Hi there,thanks for your interest!The dress is in perfect condition,no flaws at all.I love the patterns of this dress and I even bought the blouse with the same patterns.I only wore the dress once or twice because it is a bit long for me.It looked brand new except I removed the price tag.
