nicecait hi Pam, I can't seem to find a way to leave you a message ... just wanted to address the cleanliness issue with the polo I shipped you. I always wear new nitrile gloves when packing up items for people, and I suspect I wore "powdered" ones when I packed up your polo. my apologies for the"white marks". I'll keep an eye out in the future. your polo came straight out of its packaging bag, so I suspect this is what happened. so sorry. all the best, caitlin :)
