What is the inseam measurement? Also the material (how it feels on the outside), is it shiny/slick, or soft?

@andreausername it's about 21.5" measuring. the tag notes 7/8 length. 93% cotton and 7% spandex. material is super soft, comparable to your favorite t-shirt but legging version!
