Gap Strapless summer dress

Teal colored with a white paisley print Gap summer dress with elastic ruching (can stretch to 25”). There are some very small holes in the bottom area of the dress, looks like from a clothes tag gun (noted in the pictures) Please see pictures for measurements. From a clean, non-smoking, no pet home. Item washed in Gain detergent & fabric softener, always hung to dry.
