Gap black down filled zip up with Velcro pocked vest. In good shape. Outside in great shape. The inside has some down feathers coming out which is why the inside is a little fluffy looking. I believe that is normal for down filling. The zipper bottom shows a bit of wear, but still functional. Shoulders around 18 in Chest 20 in Length 22.5 in
