Gap blue floral button down dress in size Small Tall

Beautiful Gap blue floral dress in size Small Tall in GUC. This dress is lovely in its pattern and shape. The sleeves are gently flared to match the bottom of the skirt. Buttons down the entire dress, and there are pockets on each side. 100% rayon This dress has been altered (see photos). There are seams that have been hand sewn inside the dress along the tops of the shoulders to take in up to 1.5 inches of fabric. These seams could be left as is or they could likely be taken out. Length in front (flat) is 35 inches. Width at bust (flat) is 17 inches. Width at waist (flat) is 15 inches.
