Gap chambray wrap skirt lined at back size

in great condition but it has been altered. The bottom hem has been shortened and hand stitched (see photos). A second "hook" has been added at the waist for added flexibility in size. No rips, holes or stains. Back of skirt is lined. Two side slit pockets. There is no material content tag. The colour is best described as chambray. Tag says size is medium however, please review measurements below to ensure a proper fit.
