Crisp organic cotton tuxedo blouse with pleated front, ruffle collar and crystal buttons. I love this vibe and it fits me perfectly as an XL. Sadly this collar is not flattering on me and I think you need to be able to wear fully buttoned in my opinion to get the vibe. Fab on its own or under a jacket, vest or sweater. Closet staple. NWT.
