Gap ruffle tie waist blue/grey dress

Skirt has a front slit slightly to the left. Ruffle detail in front. Back zipper with closure at top. Dress is very comfortable and there is a tie to accentuate the waist. Fully lined. In very good condition. Length 34 inches.
