Wow this item has so many cute details where do I start it does zip and snap but the front the sleeves roll and snap so you can cuff them it has a hood and a tie in the back on the bottom to even tighten the bottom if you want cute detail snaps on the shoulders does have two tiny flaws pen on the edge of on sleeve cuff which is pictured and one pull you can’t see at all would also fit 1x I think measures around 24 in across oh and also has breathable holes under the armpits for those warmer days
