EUC USXL - so this a size US14 (USL) but the waist is about 38 inches - it’s meant to be worn low on the hips. Please check all measurements in the photos Blue and white vertical stripes. 100% cotton full gathered skirt. Wide waistband with side zipper. Meant to be worn on hips but works on waist also.
