Garage Blue Floral Smocked Off-Shoulder Top

adorable dusty blue floral smocked off-the-shoulder top 🌊 SUCH a beautiful top but unfortunately is too tight for me now :( labelled size S but runs smaller. would be best suited for a size XS/S with narrower shoulders (i have meaty arms lol). material is thick and extremely stretchy! would be lovely for a spring or summer brunch :)
