Garage black floral puff sleeves top

This top from the Garage used to have an open tie front (which was very revealing), that has been professionally closed up. The result is a tighter chest area, which is suitable for size XS or 32/A bra cup size, this is why I'm selling it as XS although the label says Small. Beautiful floral print in subtle beige and khaki green colors, back ruching / smocked bodice, sweetheart neckline and ¾ length puff sleeves that stay on.
