Garage black floral ruffle mini dress XS(women’s)

Fits size XS in women’s. Black base fabric with a floral pattern. Loose along the bottom, but that ruffly pinched kind of material along the top and sleeves. Sleeves are off the shoulder and the left one has a small tear in the armpit area but hasn’t caused any inconvenience so far. If it does, it can easily be fixed with a small hand stitch.
