Hello. Anyone on Posh who asks you to email them is a scammer-they send phishing messages to steal banking/posh accounts. Posh blocks emails in messages, that’s why it says check bio/info. I’ve reported this account. Tap their name, then the 3 dots on top right to report/block. Tap the flag next to their message, then tap spam, it will remove the message (only the listing owner can get it removed instantly). Keep all interactions on Poshmark for buyer/seller protection. She’s saying you should’ve received notification from Poshmark which is a lie - if the item sold on Poshmark, the app would send a notification, you’d have an email with a shipping label, the listing would be marked as sold so no one else buys it, and it would be on the sales section of the app. If you clicked on the link they sent then check your credit card/bank for unauthorized charges.
