Super funky Garfield print blouse! Warhol/Graffiti style button down blouse. Wide balloon, bracelet length sleeves. Has belt loops, but no belt. Made by Safiya Paris. No material tag but it is super silky feeling, but may just be a really nice poly. ??? Excellent condition. No flaws to note.
