Gently Worn Woman’s Belly Dance Costume Inspired by Doctor Who and the TARDIS

This belly dance costume was made for a Halloween Show and some Doctor Who music. It is made from blue and white silk. The top was made on a 34 C new bra with underwire. It is lined with blue cotton broadcloth. The straps at the neck and the back can be adjusted to fit a variety of size both larger and smaller but the cup size is set. There are also some small hooks inside the bra to allow it to be attached to a body stocking. The skirt is 40 inches long. It is a six panel skirt with two panels in the from and 4 in the back. At each side there is a 30 inch slit. At the top of the left hip there is small dalek-type rhinestone decoration. The bottom of the skirt has an extra panel added to make it long enough for the second person who owned it. The hip is 37 inches and the skirt closes with a hidden zipper. This costume is part of a fundraiser my dance troupe is doing for the Leeds and Grenville Victims Service agency of Brockville Ontario. All money raised willl be donated to them.
