Hi there! Yes, it is fully adjustable. You can also fully unclip the straps from the upper D ring. You can wear the bag as a backpack or snap the strap together to turn it into a sling bag - which is a unique feature. If you look through the photos you can get a better idea. I will measure the strap in the morning and post. Thanks!
