Genuine leather vest. Comes in smoke-free home. He does have some wear on the inside of the garment around the upper back armpit area on the back in the vest. Only visible if you’re not wearing it. This item is at least 30 years old. 18-19 inches from pit to pit. Studs work excellently. A real quality item that willl stand the test of time.
