Genuine Shorter & Son Toby Mug | Vintage Staffordshire Character Jug

A pristine Toby mug in very good condition. While most of these mugs show signs of crazing because of their age, this mug not only does not have crazing, it's without chips or cracks, and appears unused. Made by Shorter & Sons in the 1930's, the mug still retains it's vibrant hand painted colours and is immaculate inside. Wearing a long coat and tricorn hat, which forms the pouring spout, our gentleman wears a smile as he's holding a decanter in one hand and a mug in the other, about to enjoy his favourite drink.
