Genuine Vintage McCarthy's High School Kilt/Tartan Mini Skirt (Size XS/S)

The cutest genuine high school mini skirt kilt, tartan 💫 looks great with sheer tights and boots! Colours are black and Grey with thin blue stripes (see last photo) XS/S, tags say size 28, but the waist has been adjusted to about a 24. Size can be adjusted with two buckles at the sides. Measurements were taken at the smallest size. Measurements (flat): Waist: 24in Hip: 28in Length: 16in
