@josiesb I had surgery and am not allowed to lift anything. I will get the measurements to you as soon as I can get help accessing the bin these are in.

@josiesb I lucked out and they were in a bin on the top. when laid flat, the waist is 14" across. they have an elastic waist with a drawstring, so can fit bigger or smaller than that. the rise is 10".
