George y2k cotton crochet ruffle tie front cardigan sweater top baby blue size XXS XS. Bought in early 2000s. Children size 16, but fits up to adult women size XS. Cotton blend material. Good used condition. Very slight discoloration on collar and sleeves due to age. ♻️ I re-use packaging whenever possible.
