Only once outside. They are in very good used condition. There are small discolourations on the front left toe (see pic) that I believe was there from purchase, as well as a small discolouration on the bottom right heel (see pic). Both of these are not noticeable when wearing the shoes. They fit slightly small in my opinion, so a small 8 or 7.5 would likely find these fit well.
