Giordana mens cycling wind vest size XL. NWT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @new2ya. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Bought for husband but is way too small. This fits more like a men’s small/medium IMO So altho it’s tagged as an xl it definitely doesn’t fit as an xl. Made in Italy Questions? Leave a comment below!
