Cute black tutu3 layered tulle skirts with built in tights~ Brand: Bee des Bee Size: label is in Japanese so check the measurements Details: ~this tutu style skirt has three layers: first two are tulle and the third is an opaque polyester type material ~built in black jersey tights ~elastic waistband Condition: Good pre-loved condition Notable damage: there are a couple small cuts on the third layer (see photo) but they look like small slashes not holes.
