Girls' Tweed Winter Hat with Adjustable Drawstring

How special is this hat?! Great quality, good used condition. Tweed and velvet aspects. Lovely for fall/winter outings where a toque just doesn't seem cute enough. Highly adjustable, thanks to the black velvet drawstrings. Estimated size from 3T-6X. One small, almost imperceptible pulled thread on one of the velvet drawstrings, as pictured.
