Girl’s Zara floral skirt skort

Gorgeous Zara skirt/skort for girl’s. Size 13-14 but fits small. Picture of the tag shows the beat up close visual of the beautiful floral pattern on the skirt. Brand new, never worn. However, I removed the tags thinking we would be keeping it. Approximate measurements: Waist is elastic, and is 11” wide before extending its elasticity. Length is 14”
