Girls size 4 waterproof winter boots by Cougar warmth in -30 in black w faux fur

Girls size 4 waterproof winter boots by Cougar in all black with faux fur and side zip. warmth in -30 tempatures. Gently used. Worn about 5 times (basically brand new). Foot size is a bit slender for my daughter. As they are kids boots the zipper has some chipped paint and a light surface scratch on back heel on right foot (as shown in photos) from school.
