Very nice vintage piece very good condition for its age please see pictures if you want more pics let me know Nice flower claps mesure 15 inches double strands Giuliano Fratti (1906-1992) of Italy began producing buttons, buckles and belts in Milan circa 1930s-1940s. In the '50s he began creating jewels for Dior, Chanel, Worth and later in the '60s, for Pierre Cardin. He relocated to to New York in the 1950s where he continued to produce under his own name using his stylized stamp: "GM" within a circle. Quality design, materials and construction have always earmarked his work.
