cherylsulliv932 @sharoncg1955 Hello, It has a lining that’s like a very soft t-tshirt so the PTP is 20 inches and Waist and Hips are 40 inches in circumference. The silk over top which is attached at at the shoulders Is very cape like. Hope that helps
