lizavasil Hi, sorry I didnt have the notifications on and did not check for a while. The circumference is approx 11 inches. The fit is more like jeans size 27 levis/grlfnd. These stretch a bit. I have never worn them, but last i tried them on and they were a bit loose ( I am 5'8, hips 94cm, waist 66cm)
