Givenchy Vintage 1970s dress

Givenchy Nouvelle Boutique pencil dress. In 1968 Givenchy started the "Nouvelle Boutique" ready to wear line. This dress has exquisite tailoring from the wee princess sleeves to the bow/tie at the neck, and the hook and eye at the waist buttons to the hook and eye on the interior! A beautiful fabric, with threads of gold. The skirt is lined. 5 buttons down the front; missing the 6th button. Button cuffs, with snaps as well. Era: circa 1970s Label: Givenchy Nouevelle Boutique. Made in Japan Fabric: no fabric label; feels like cotton Condition: good vintage condition; missing the bottom button, has one very small black spot on the back, which may come out with some spot remover. Size: this dress would fit a modern day extra small. bust 36 " waist 24" hips 36" length 41" sleeves 22"
