Gorgeous lemon yellow, white and turquoise floral pattern dress in the softest rayon fabric with a tiered skirt and smocked waist, straps and neckline which allows you to wear it on or off shoulders. In excellent preowned condition. The only item of note is that there was an ill-placed ribbon belt that hit at a weird spot just below the waist line which was removed.
