crizzzpy @bwbonnett @ally849 um excuse you because your aunt made an order for like 16 items, a quarter of which i didn't have so i had to actually go out of my way to get them for her. then she makes a bullshit excuse based on of 2 of the 16 items with blurry photos as to why she needs a full return and full refund... then when she returned them the most expensive half of the order was missing. so not only did i NOT scam your aunt. but she did STEAL from me.

Florence is my best selling brand and i get nothing but praise. i ONLY do fair business ALWAYS. i even let myself taken advantage of sometimes so people can feel like they got a really good deal.

LIT TER ALLY STOLE from me. she made a 16 item order, 2 of which i didn't have so i had to go out of my way to get them for her. and i put in some extra free stuff, which i do all the time so ppl feel like they got more. she then made up some bullshit based on problems with the FREE items, with burry pictures as proof and asked for a full refund and return. and when i get it back the 4 most expensive items and the items she made me go out of my way to get are missing.
