Glowing 3-inch chakra pendant

Pendants like these are meant to bring balance to the seven chakras, or energy centres, in our bodies. I have found different references to the corresponding gemstones, with similar colours, but this one seems to be a good match for the pendant: Amethyst for Concentration, Spirituality; Lapis Lazuli for Self Confidence & Creativity; Turquoise for Prosperity & Abundance;Green Aventurine for Luck & Creativity; Citrine for Wealth & Will Power; Red Carnelian for Courage, Confidence & Decisiveness; Red Jasper for Energy, Protection & Grounding I believe the pendant features genuine semi-precious stones, but it is possible one of more is glass. The setting looks like silver, but it is unmarked and does not test as solid silver.
