Goa Sheer Long Sleeve Waterfall Cardigan

This is a beautiful, light and flowy cardigan that I am reposhing from @alisonrwolfe. It is a bigger size than I usually buy but I thought I would try it anyway since it is so gorgeous. The inner part is a light and soft tye-dyed knit with a shiny sequined hem. The outer part with the sleeves is sheer and flowing. I added a few measurements for reference.
